With over 25 years of international business experience in consultancy and large corporation, I have led cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, driving significant organizational changes.
My time as a General Manager in large organization has deepened my passion for people. I firmly believe that having the right, engaged person in the right role is key to achieving business success.
As a coach and trainer, I support individuals in their journey to become stronger leaders, and teams in their quest to become more effective, leveraging the ‘super-power’ of self-awareness to evolve while navigating the constant changes in life.
