Pierfrancesco Matarazzo

As Executive Coach, Mentor, Senior Trainer and Lead Assessor, Pierfrancesco has more than 25 years of professional experience in multinational and multicultural environments, supporting decision makers to enhance their transformation index, think out of the box, redesign their strategy and maximize their performance.

He took part in companies and managerial startups, which became best practices in different fields (such as ICT – TLC – Tobacco – Finance – Energy – Higher Education) and in different areas (Sales, Marketing, ICT, Finance, Human Resources and Operations).

Pierfrancesco spent his first 20 professional years in internal corporate management and executive roles in Sales, Marketing and HR, developing his coaching and mentoring skills from 2007, when he started to support decision makers to reinforce their skills awareness and define a strategic development path for their organizations.

He designed and managed international development projects (based in Italy, Switzerland, UK, USA, Germany, Belgium, Austria and Bulgaria), recruiting, training, coaching and developing hundreds of managers and key talents.
