Dr. Paola Fiore is an Italy based senior, renewed consultant, communicator, trainer, facilitator, journalist, mentor, and professional coach with 30+ years of multidisciplinary knowledge and experience in developing a culture of sustainability, social responsibility, and business ethics in medium to large organisations. She is the Founder and Director of ETICAMBIENTE® Sustainability Management & Communications Consulting, an Italian Social Benefit consulting and coaching company with 25+ years of experience in promoting system thinking, regenerative leadership, and circular design towards a net zero economy.
Paola is a Member of the International Coach Federation and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching. She is an Ericson Certified Professional Coach by the Erickson College International and a Professional Certified Coach by the ICF. Paola is the first Italian Certified Coach in Conversational Intelligence, the global movement on the neuroscience of conversations developed by the American organisational anthropologist Judith E. Glaser.
As a professional coach, she provides one-on-one, group, and team coaching in person and online. Paola works in English and Italian with CEOs and Boards of Directors, C-Level Executives, Senior and Middle Managers, Entrepreneurs, Startups and High Potentials People and Teams from all around the world.
She empowers individuals and organisations who wish to undertake new paths of personal and professional development towards a sustainable and regenerative lifestyle, career, and business. In particular, Paola specialises in coaching leaders, innovators and executives who wish to become authentic sustainability champions and climate advocates.
Through individual and systemic team coaching, she empowers leaders to integrate sustainability, social responsibility, and environmental aspects as core values into their conversations and organisations, and take clear action steps towards stakeholder engagement, while creating a culture of resilience and positive change.
Dr. Paola Fiore is an Educator and Ambassador for the 17 SDGs of the United Nations 2030 Agenda and a Member of the Climate Coaching Alliance. She has been appointed Global Chair Corporate Social Responsibility for the international G100 Network of global women leaders and now serves as a Member of the Advisory Board G100/CSR. She was also awarded an Honorary Degree in Philosophy by Jharkhand Rai University in Ranchi, India, for her outstanding commitment to environmental sustainability issues.
On the 30th of June 2024, former US Vice President and founder and chairman of The Climate Reality Project, Al Gore, presented the Alfredo Sirkis Memorial Green Ring Award to Climate Reality Leader Dr. Paola Fiore at the conclusion of a successful Climate Reality Leadership Corps training in Rome, Italy.
