He started his career at the Headquarters of Solvay in Brussels. At the age of 30, he was promoted Managing Director in one Italian subsidiary, then transferred to the French sub-holding Vénilia SA as Managing Director. He successfully restructured the company, turned it back to profitability and took over its largest competitor.

By the age of 40, Giuseppe started commuting intensively between Paris and Milan, respectively as Managing Director of Venilia SA and President of Alkor Deco Spa. On top of these responsibilities, he led the country managers of France, Italy, Belgium and Spain (global responsibility: €140M, 110 employees, 70 sales representatives).
Relocating to Milan in 2015, he was the brainchild of the MIP Coaching and Mentoring Academy project at Politecnico Milan. Under mandate of the President, he focused on scouting top-level coaches.
He has been selected as Coach and Mentor both in Bocconi University and Insead. He is also a Senior Consultant specialized in recruitment process.
Furthermore, he has inspired a “Talent Culture” within Digital Attitude, as Chief Talent Officer.
