Moving from a position as Business Analyst to becoming a Mentor and an International Coach, focused in Relational Communication is certainly not an easy step, but it has been made possible since I chose to commit myself to distinguish which levers are important over time, both in private and working life and how to lift them.

I must admit that my previous professional experience acquired in over 20 years in large companies, comes to support me every time I find myself facing situations of work-life balance of my clients.

I have been trained to conduct engaging discussions both individually and in groups, producing extraordinary results.

My mission is to inspire people from all walks of life, involving individuals, families, entrepreneurs, managers and corporate executives to define/redefine their vision of improving the quality of life in personal and professional contexts, bringing effective communication, more leverage in negotiations establishing reliable and lasting relationships.

My ideal clients are those who, relying on me, are willing to question the vicious circle of their conduct that leads them to pay a toll, which is no longer sustainable at the end of the road.
