Maritza Morales

Maritza is an executive coach and leadership acceleration trainer with over eight years of experience supporting professionals, managers and directors through growth and change processes. She has worked with leaders and teams from organizations in the corporate, government and non-profit sectors, including American Tower, CIENA, Collins Aerospace, FedEx, Leo Burnett, Miami-Dade College, Scalian and the U.S. Federal Government. Maritza designs and delivers experiential leadership acceleration workshops on the topics of purpose, resilience and innovation. 

Maritza’s professional trajectory includes over 25 years of leadership roles at four multinationals such as AT&T, Motorola and UK-based Global Data, driving performance in corporate strategy, joint venture operations and global marketing.

Her coaching methodology blends proven techniques from coaching, neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness and arts-based learning to unleash her clients’ creativity and inner wisdom. Using a holistic approach, she helps leaders develop a growth mindset and achieve the behavioral shifts that lead to success and wellbeing. Having lived and worked in a variety of geographic and cultural settings, Maritza inspires clients to develop new perspectives and innovative approaches to leadership. 

Maritza holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business. She earned the ITCA and EIA senior practitioner credentials from the European Coaching and Mentoring Council, as well as seven ICF-accredited coaching certifications. Based between Miami and Milan, Maritza offers coaching and leadership programs in English, Spanish, and Italian to clients from the United States, Latin America, Italy and Spain.
