My approach integrates diverse, complementary methodologies, including the Systemic Constellations, the Genogram framework I developed and published in my book Genogram With TA in Coaching, one of the earliest contributions to this method in the global coaching field.

With almost 20 years of experience in management consulting and business coaching, I have partnered with companies across fashion luxury, finance, banking and strategic consulting, guiding leaders through complex transitions, organizational challenges and critical decision‑making moments.

I also work as a coach in M&A and Investment Banking, supporting leaders who operate in high‑stakes, high‑pressure environments.

I hold an EMCCC (Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change) from INSEAD and am ICF certified both in Italy and internationally. Based in Milan, I work globally — in person and remotely.
